Custom Account Number:

Account numbers are assigned with your first order. You may reference this number on all correspondence and phone calls, if you do not have the account number, we can look your account up.

Payment Method:

Orders can be paid by using a major credit card such as:

Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

An account may be established with an approved credit application, call for details.

International orders must be prepaid in US Currency by Wire Transfer. Call for details.

Shipping Method:

Domestic Stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt and ship UPS Ground. International orders are not processed within 24 hours, contact us for most efficient and economical method to ship. Our website does not calculate shipping charges for international orders, these orders will have the shipping charges added to your credit card as a separate charge. Most orders are shipped FOB Tulsa, OK. Domestic Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice.

Rush Order:

For faster order processing, a rush can be requested on your stock order. A nominal rush charge may be added to your order depending upon the request. Some exclusions apply.

Returns:

You may return your order within 30 days of original ship date. Please call for an authorization and we will be happy to process a prompt replacement, refund or credit once return is physically received. Please allow a few days for returns processing. Be sure to pack your return properly to ensure safe return shipping. Products that are received damaged or not in saleable condition will not be refunded. Please include a copy of your original invoice, packing slip or a detailed note with explanation for return.
NOTE: Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damage, Shortage and Loss Claim:

Inspect all shipments carefully before accepting from the carrier. If damage or shortage exists, do not accept shipment until the shipping agent notates the extent of the damage or shortage. Notify us within 3 days of any damage or shortage and we’ll provide information on processing the claim. Do not refuse delivery as this only creates more steps in resolving the issue.
